My artistic style ranges from colorful painterly gestures to traditional realistic portraits of the equine subject. While my color palette and technique is diverse, I always portray the horse with distinct clarity. Subtle movements and unusual angles are recurring themes. Collectors describe my work as correct and true to the equine form. I am passionate about sporthorses and learning warmblood pedigrees. I insist on studying each subject I paint live and I take great pleasure in researching the bloodlines behind all my subjects. This helps me fully understand the horse I am painting and it’s background. My commissioned and original artworks hang in homes throughout North America and I am proud to have longstanding relationships with my collectors.

Commission portraits and original artworks available.
